Junior Cert

The Junior Cert is the first big step in the senior cycle of school exams, there's lots of pressure on young minds and we look to ease that pressure by providing a resource for maths help. For many people maths can be a difficult subject to grasp and we look to help by providing the laws and proofs you will need to know to do well.

Leaving Cert

This site has been created by 4 college 1st years who understand the importance of maths after the Leaving Cert, and the stresses that go with the preparation for the papers. This site will aim to provided as much help as possible to people about to partake in Leaving Cert maths, both ordinary level and higher level.

Forum

Our forum will allow interaction among users, and will allow for more dynamic interaction than just looking at maths and not understanding it. The forums won't just be for maths, all leaving cert discussion will be allowed there, and sometimes things to take your mind off exams and tips on how to prepare for the exams.

About Us

Four first year college students who are making a website for a school project, but wouldn't mind helping people in the meantime. We all have differing levels of maths knowledge and ability and understand the stress maths can cause in the Leaving Cert.

Who Are We?

We are currently Computer Science students in University College Dublin. We had to make a website for a project and decided it would be best to make a site based around something we all know and have experienced.

The Leaving Cert maths course definitely covers the "experience" part of things anyway. It's that exam that makes otherwise confident students fall to pieces, and it's an exam that people don't have the confidence in to take the higher level paper. But what if there was help?

That's were we hope this site comes into play, with a site dedicated to maths and not just general leaving cert discussion(though feel free to ask on our forums) maybe we can help those about to do the state exams by using our experiences and what we have learnt from doing the exams.
